First, call or email the front and back of his/her NRIC to your Account Manager to check if the account is eligible (either account is Archived or Inactive for minimum 6/12 months for Distributors/Executives respectively). If the user's account is eligible for change of sponsor, then complete and submit the following to your Account Manager (see example):
Letter of Request
Once the change of sponsor is completed, your Account Manager will notify you via email or phone call with your user's Nu Skin ID. You may need to create his/her Web Account if he/she does not have one previously, or ask Account Manager to reset his/her password (as he/she may have forgotten his/her login details).
